AutoCoders working with Vauxhall

Auto Coders have been working with General Motors for a number of years as Auto Coders handle all technology accross the AutoNetwork group.

The Auto Sales Leads company provide leads and also some customer service provision for the Vauxhall brand and Auto Coders have developed various solutions to assist.

Towards the end of 2010, GM were looking at ways to improve retailer response to internet genrated leads and Auto Coders teamed up with them to pilot the lead tracking system.

The Lead Tracking system is capable of tracking outbound telephone calls to customers, recording call data and therefore providing essential feedback to GM as to the actual contact rates and times for their leads.

The system has been extremely successful providing significant reductions in time to first contact and increases in percentage of leads contacted

Off the back of the GM pilot, Auto Coders have now extended the Lead Tracker product to include auto alert systems ensuring that managers are made aware when leads are not contacted within a set timescale, the concierge service whereby leads not contacted are passed to our own call centre and customer connected directly with sales teams. Email tracking functinoality has also been added ensuring that all contact options are covered.
